Orders are processed Monday-Friday between 8am and 4:30pm Mountain Standard Time (MST). Orders placed outside of regular business hours will be processed the next business day. We will contact you immediately with any discrepancies or to confirm any additional details required to process your order. If applicable, you will be notified within 1-2 business days with regards to any shipping or special handling fees associated with oversize items within your order and/or your specified delivery address.
Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order. Orders that have already been processed may be subject to a cancellation or re-stocking fee. Orders for graphics and other custom printed products cannot be cancelled once electronic proofs have been approved and printing has begun. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Orders must be paid in full before any product is shipped from our facilities. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard as well Apple Pay and Shopify Pay through our automated check-out process. For cheques, wire transfers and direct deposits, please contact us to request the required processing information to fulfill payment for your order. Longer lead-times may apply, contact us for more details. Sorry, we do not accept cheques for payment from U.S. customers.
In the event that the product you purchased does not suit your needs, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to make the arrangements necessary for an exchange or refund. The Display Boutique is not responsible for the return shipping of product(s) without defect. Graphics and other custom fabricated products along with design, shipping and rush fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. Certain returned products that are not damaged or defective will carry a 15% restocking fee. All products must be returned complete in their original packaging without any noticeable damage or wear.
The Display Boutique does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any discounted items. All sales are final for products purchased on sale or clearance.
Subject to review, if a product is deemed to be defective, The Display Boutique will fix or exchange the product at no cost. See Warranty Information for more details.
Please carefully read our procedure for receiving delivery of an order suspected to have been damaged during shipping. Failure to follow these steps may result in the customer being responsible for replacement and/or repair costs for orders damaged upon delivery.
During the delivery of your order, you must take a photo clearly demonstrating the damage to the item (or packaging) and have it documented by the delivery driver upon signing for receipt of the damaged order items. You must inspect your entire order and notify us of any issues immediately upon receipt. Packages that arrive damaged and/or appear to have been mishandled during shipping must be reported to The Display Boutique within 48 hours of delivery. While all shipments leaving The Display Boutique are insured, failure to follow this procedure inhibits our ability to file a damage claim with the carrier.
