Lifetime Warranty

Our products carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by wear and tear, negligence or product misuse. Should you discover a problem with a product believed to be defective, The Display Boutique may repair or provide a replacement regardless of the time elapsed from the date of purchase. All warranty repairs and/or replacements of defective product are first subject to a review by The Display Boutique. Products that have had their hardware modified or graphics incorrectly installed will render the manufacturer’s warranty null and void. Upon evaluation, if The Display Boutique determines that issues with a returned product are not a result of a manufacturer’s defect in materials or workmanship, a quote for repair or replacement of the damaged item will be provided.

Premium Banner/Display Graphics

Our proprietary premium banner and pop-up display printed graphic products are backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, delamination and colour fading under regular interior use. Premium laminated graphics that show evidence of being used outdoors or not being properly rolled up (with the graphic image facing out) will not be covered under this warranty. In the case of physical defects in the materials or workmanship, the original artwork as provided will be re-printed. No changes to the graphics files without additional processing fees will be accepted under a warranty repair/replacement.

Repairs (Non-Warranty Service)

Should any product purchased from The Display Boutique require service or repairs, simply return it to us for a free evaluation. Most display products sold by The Display Boutique are designed and manufactured with no gluing or riveting meaning that they can typically be easily repaired or refurbished. Upon evaluation of product received for servicing, The Display Boutique will issue a cost estimate including parts and labour for your approval prior to proceeding with the repair. The customer is responsible for shipping product to The Display Boutique for evaluation, including the shipping costs associated with returning/receiving back the repaired product.
