Looking to send us your print files?
We kindly ask that you take the time to complete our File Submission Form and include it along with your artwork upload file package. Providing your form will help us match up your artwork with your display order to help expedite file processing times. Whether you've already placed your order or plan on doing it after your files have been uploaded, our File Submission Form allows you to specify accordingly as well as provide us with additional details, comments and special instructions along with your artwork files.
Now it's time to upload!
Once you've completed the File Submission Form, save the PDF document and include it within your artwork files folder. To reduce your upload time and minimize the chances of transfer errors when submitting large file sizes, please be sure to compress all of your files into a zipped archive (.zip) before initiating the upload.

So you've sent us your artwork, now what?
Within 1-2 business days from receipt of your files, our team will review your artwork to ensure that it meets all requirements necessary for optimal output of your display graphics. Upon processing the print files, our graphics technicians will prepare electronic PDF proofs (e-Proofs) of your display artwork for your review and approval prior to going to print. e-Proofs will typically be emailed out within 1-3 business days from receipt of your uploaded files. At this time, any questions or concerns with your files will be expressed by our technicians via email. Once we receive your approval, standard print production lead-times of your order begin.
