Unless otherwise noted, products purchased at The Display Boutique include free ground shipping within Canada for orders equal to or greater than $200.00 (before taxes).
All packages are shipped using FedEx, UPS, Purolator, Loomis or other preferred carrier of our choice via regular ground service. Free shipping applies to most standard delivery routes within Canada or, the closest delivery location to be held for pick-up. For rural and remote locations within Canada, partial shipping fees may need to be applied. Oversized or heavier items may also be subject to a fee. If your specified delivery address or order contents require a shipping fee, you will be notified about the additional charges before we process your order.
A flat shipping fee of $25 will be applied to all orders under $200.00 (before taxes).
We are pleased to offer shipping to U.S. customers. Flat ground shipping fees are based on total order weight and are calculated as follows:

The above rates are valid for all major delivery routes and urban locations within the continental United States. Rural and remote areas are subject to additional shipping fees. You will be notified about additional shipping charges before we process your order. As a U.S. customer, you, the buyer are responsible for any tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees and customs clearance charges required by your country for importing product purchased from The Display Boutique. We do not collect this or include it in our pricing and are unable to provide you with an estimate of the associated costs. If you are unfamiliar with import duties and fees, we recommend that you speak with a customs broker to learn more prior to placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, you will not receive a refund on your order.
Important notice for U.S. customers:
All U.S. customers purchasing from The Display Boutique must provide a Federal Tax ID (IRS Tax Number or Passport Number) for the designated consignee/importer before we can ship your order. Failure to provide a number will result in order delays and/or cancellation. Orders for U.S. customer who are not presently registered with the U.S. Customs database will incur delivery delays. Unsure if you’re registered? We strongly encourage that you to contact a customs broker before placing your order.
Typical expected freight time for most of our products is 5-7 business days after the ship date of your order. Depending on your order contents, products are shipped from Calgary or Montreal to your specified delivery address. U.S. customers should should expect delivery within 7-10 business days from the ship date to accommodate for customs processing and clearance delays.
Please contact us if you wish to have your product shipped via expedited service and/or on your own carrier account. If applicable, we can provide you with a shipping cost approximation based upon your expedited and/or custom delivery needs.
Unless otherwise specified, all display products are shipped within cardboard packaging. When feasible, multiple order items will be consolidated into a single and/or the least number of packages possible. Display products purchased along with a bag or case will be shipped within the transport solution and special care is taken to adequately protect loose or fragile items during transit.
In the event that your order is delivered damaged
We encourage you to purchase all of your required display items together to be processed and shipped as a single order. If for any reason you have placed two or more orders separately that you wish to be grouped and shipped together, please contact us immediately to ensure that arrangements are made to consolidate your multiple orders into a single shipment.
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with an email link to track the shipping status of your package(s) online.
Choose the ‘Hold for Pick-Up’ shipping option upon checkout of your order if you would like to arrange for your own shipping or pick-up from our showroom location in Calgary, Alberta. Once your order is nearing completion, we will get in touch to provide you with the date when your order is expected to be ready for pick-up. Orders specified for pick-up will be held free of charge for up to 10 business days upon the completion date. Orders not picked up after 10 business days are subject to storage & handling fees. If for whatever reason you are unable to pick-up your order within the 10 business days, please contact us immediately to discuss alternative arrangements.
